Seriously! Why didn't I choose to make my bed each morning, or finish my pillowcases I'm trying to learn to sew? Why did I choose such a hard undertaking from day one???? So far, if you can't tell things aren't going as planned. WHEN ON EARTH DO PEOPLE HAVE TIME???? Quiet, alone, spiritual feasting time? Not just for a quick read of some verses, but to actually search, ponder and pray? It could be that my house has been swarming with kids, but that's no excuse. People have kids all the time and still have time to feast on the scriptures. Last night I even set my alarm for 30 minutes earlier so I'd get up and read/study. What happened? You guessed it...the kids woke up early! It's like they have a sixth sense...Mom's up, I can't let her have alone time. They have been faithful about waking up at 7:30 since we got home from vacation. But not today. It was 6:45 and they were ALL up. I did get in a TINY bit of reading before they started piling into my room, but still I need more time. I suppose instead of sitting here complaining about how I have no time, I could get off the Blog and go study. So that's where I'm headed. I'm hoping to have a better update in a few days.
Oh, and if you have any helpful tips on when/how you do your study time I'd really appreciate your input! Thanks!
